On Thursday, Central Crime Branch (CCB)police have arrested a second division clerk (SDC) with Regional Transport Office and a close friend to the actress Ragini Dwivedi for his alleged involvement in drugs.
The arrested is identified K Ravishankar, a resident of Vijayanagara in the city is currently under five days of police custody.
