My entire family (we have multiple doctors in the family) knew about the dangers of the virus firsthand and took precautionary measures before the government lockdown and quarantine. We also suffered losses.I do know some people who are anti-maskers. A friend here, a co-worker there. I wouldn’t feel sorry for them in the least, but I definitely would say ‘Do you believe us now?’
I also had friends who wore masks and santized and did everything in their power to stay safe and still caught covid. I’ve been working frontline for about 7 months, testing regularly and still haven’t caught it.
It’s crazy how random the virus is. I don’t know if it’s my immune system, the amount of weed I smoke or whatnot, but I feel like I should have caught it by now, considering I work 1 degree away from covid patients.read more
