As per the latest guidelines, all stores will be allowed to operate till 8 pm. Restaurants and tea stalls will operate from 6 am to 8 pm, with takeaway services available till 9 pm.
All banks, factories, government offices and IT companies can resume operations with 100 per cent workforce, while film shooting will be resumed with 75 per cent workforce.
Playgrounds and parks will also be reopened to the public. Educational institutions will continue to remain closed and all gatherings have been banned.
Karan Acharya, a graphic artist from Bengaluru, has become an internet sensation after several of his digital artworks went viral on social media. The 32-year-olds muse is the common people. He has the ability to recreate any ordinary picture into a stunning visual art, depicting people as mythological figures or whatever they want to be. His recent work, wherein he turned a family picture of daily-wage labourers into Lord Krishnas family, has caught the attention of netizens. So far, the picture has received 24,000 re-tweets and 159.7K likes on Twitter.

The artist says he receives 2,000 requests on a daily basis across his Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter pages. He charges for some of the artworks while others are made free of cost.
The graphic artist came in the spotlight in 2017, when his vector image of Lord Hanuman became widely popular. So much so that even Prime Minister Narendra Modi had mentioned it during an election rally in Karnataka.

Tamil Nadu Congress leader and Kanyakumari MP Harikrishnan Vasanthakumar passed away Friday due to Covid-19. He was 70. Kumar was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Chennai since August 10. He was on ECMO and Ventilator support and monitored by a multidisciplinary team of doctors.
