Three more tickets issued in region for breaking COVID-19 rules – KitchenerToday.com

Three more tickets have been issued in Waterloo Region for defying COVID-19 rules.
Regional Chair Karen Redman provided the update on Friday.
She said Grand River Transit issued one $240 ticket at the ION Frederick Station for failing to comply with the face-covering bylaw.
Meanwhile, corporate security also reportedly issued a $240 ticket under the face-covering bylaw at 150 Main Street.
Kitchener bylaw issued one ticket under the Reopening Ontario Act, relating to a gathering at a private residence. That fine is $880.
Redman thanked residents who have abided government restrictions and public health measures, “We all want the same thing – for our community to be open, and stay open.”read more
